Production Management Services, an Auckland based Business Consultancy company, is a leader in ERP package support and implementation. With three offices throughout the Greater Auckland region we support sites throughout New Zealand and in Australia and the South Pacific.

Production Management Services was incorporated in 1997 after 11 years as a sole trader. Having worked with many different Business Software packages and Property Management systems over the years, Production Management Services now supports seven different separate business / financial software packages, two Property Management Systems and several Payroll packages.

Penthouse Suite Limited was incorporated in February 2003 as the Property Management software development division of Production Management Services. 

Production Management Services has always focussed on supporting and encouraging the growth of our client's businesses. Long associations and close relationships with our customers has proven to be as rewarding for us as them. We therefore take on only a few new clients each year, to ensure that our loyal client base are well looked after and that they have the latest tools and knowledge to grow and change along with the market. Over the 16 years we have built our client base up from 15 users to over 150 sites with more than 2500 users.

The original director is still very hands-on, playing a major role in the business and the team has expanded to include several consultants, a help desk and a development team. With a low turnover in staff, our consultancy team has been deliberately kept small as we prefer to ensure that our consultants know our clients, know their infrastructures, know their
businesses and know their plans for the future. Our clients also prefer to deal with the people they have worked with from the outset. Our consultants are a highly qualified and skilled group who can perform Business, Systems and Process Analysis, Network design, Accounting advice, Hardware installation and maintenance, Training, Report Writing and Project Management.

We believe strongly in what we do. We install our products ourselves and we support them on a 24 hour basis.

Our Software Developers are as proud of our products as we are and are constantly looking for ways to update and enhance the product set to ensure that our clients receive an excellent return on investment through improved features, more accurate data and greater efficiency.

Production Management Services are pleased to be able to "give back to the community". We provide voluntary services to the Auckland Protected Employment Trust, a local school, a community theatrical society and
several other members of our local community who are unable to pay for professional IT support.
